Running cup

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A running cup (or runner's cup ) is a running competition that includes several runs .

The placement is based on the sum of the individual placements or times of the individual running competitions of the cup. It is also common to award points according to age group placements in each run and to determine the winner based on the sum of these individual scores, so that older runners remain competitive with younger ones.
