Post Cup

The Post-Cup is a Swiss running cup competition.

The Post-Cup is an invitation race for the Swiss long-distance running elite, organized by Swiss Post . It has been carried out annually since 2005. Every race has ranking points that are added together at the end.

In the years 2005 to 2010 the Post-Cup consisted of 6 races for men and 7 races for women (plus Swiss women’s run ). The Giro Media Blenio as a men's competition was only on the program in 2009. These races were spread over both spring and autumn. In order to make the Post-Cup more compact, from 2011 only autumn runs will be counted for the competition. The Kerzerslauf , the Grand Prix of Bern and the Swiss Women's Run will be discontinued, but the Greifensee run and a kick-off event in Bern will be included.

4. Corrida Bulloise , 8 kilometers (men), 6 kilometers (women)
5. Basel City Run , 10 kilometers (men), 7.6 kilometers (women)
6. Zurich New Year's Eve run , 9.8 kilometers (men), 7 kilometers (women), double the number of points
