Bernadette Meier-Brändle (born January 16, 1972 as Bernadette Brändle in Toggenburg ) is a former Swiss athlete and today's non-fiction author (pseudonym: Bernadette von Dreien , after a hamlet in the municipality of Mosnang ). She is multiple Swiss champion in marathons (1997, 1999), half marathons (2009) and cross (2008). The certified naturopath specializing in TEN deals with consciousness research, ethics, psychosomatics, holistic psychology, consciousness and society change.

Career

Bernadette Meier-Brändle was licensed for the LC Uzwil from 1995 to 2015 .

In 2001 and again in 2003 she took a baby break.

From 2007 she started as a mountain runner and achieved multiple top ten placements at European and World Championships. She is a seven-time team medal winner with Team Suisse (2007–2013).
In 2015 she declared her active time as an elite athlete ended.

The trained medical practice assistant completed an additional training to become a certified naturopath specializing in Traditional European Naturopathy (TEN) between 2013 and 2017 . Bernadette Meier-Brändle has been working as an author since 2015 and her first publication appeared in July 2017 (see publications).
