Laurentius Schrijnen
Laurentius Schrijnen (born July 30, 1861 in Venlo , Netherlands , † March 26, 1932 in Roermond , Netherlands) was Bishop of Roermond .
After his ordination on March 21, 1885, Laurentius Schrijnen worked for a few years in the parish pastoral care before becoming a lecturer and then director of the Episcopal College in Roermond from 1897. He was then director of the seminary in Rolduc from 1909 to 1914 .
On March 28, 1914, Laurentius Schrijnen was appointed Bishop of Roermond by Pope Pius X. He received episcopal ordination on May 13, 1914. His coat of arms was: Mane nobiscum Domine (Eng. "Stay with us, Lord").
Bishop Laurentius Schrijnen died on March 26, 1932 in Roermond.
