Laurentius Chapel (Esselbrunn Court)
The Roman Catholic Laurentius Chapel in Hof Esselbrunn , a small settlement that lies on the boundary of the Königheim district of Gissigheim in the Main-Tauber district , was built in 1737. The chapel belongs to the pastoral care unit Königheim, which is assigned to the deanery Tauberbischofsheim of the Archdiocese of Freiburg .

The chapel was built in 1737 by the then owner Lorenz Künzig.
Chapel building and equipment
There is a statue of St. Lawrence of Rome above the entrance door . The chapel consists of three rows of seats on both sides and an altar that was delivered from the Amorbach monastery . The chapel also has electronic bells that sound at 6 a.m., 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. The picture on the altar is by an unknown artist from 1650. The chapel is usually locked. The residents of the adjacent courtyard have a key for the chapel.
