Lautaro Germán Acosta (born March 14, 1988 in Glew , Partido Almirante Brown ) is an Argentine football player . It can be used variably in the offensive.

Club career

Acosta joined CA Lanús at the age of nine and went through their youth system before making his professional debut for the club in 2006. Acosta quickly established itself as a regular player and won the first championship title in the club's history with Lanús in the 2007 Apertura. In May 2008 Acosta signed a five-year contract with Spanish first division club Sevilla FC . The transfer fee was about 11 million US dollars.

National team

Acosta took part in the 2007 U-20 South American Championship with the Argentine U-20 national team and scored the 92nd-minute winning goal for Argentina in the last tournament game against Uruguay, which secured Argentina qualification for the 2008 Olympic football tournament in China. At this tournament he was also in the squad of the Argentine selection and was able to celebrate the Olympic victory with her.
