The Lawther Knoll is a 315 m high, rounded and layered with gravel hill to the east of Annenkov Iceland off the south coast of South Georgia .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1977 after Eric George Lawther (* 1947), who worked as a geologist for the British Antarctic Survey between 1972 and 1973 on Annenkov Island.
