Lee Collin Baxter (born July 16, 1970 in Liverpool ) is an English pop singer and actor .

Life

Lee Baxter began his acting career after graduating from the Guildford School of Acting, where he was named Best Actor of the Year in 1991.

In 1992 he became a member of the Anglo-Dutch boy group Caught in the Act (CITA). With the group he appeared on the well-known German series Gute Zeiten, Bad Zeiten, among others . After the band broke up in August 1998, he initially withdrew from the public.

Baxter later turned back to acting. He appeared in individual episodes of various Dutch and British television series and played in The English Theater of Hamburg , there in 2005 in the play Men's Singles by DB Gilles, in 2007 in Visiting Mr. Green by Jeff Baron and in 2009 in Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks by Richard Alfieri. He also had leading roles in the films Shut (2009) and Profile of Fear (2011). He is also sometimes listed as Lee Collin Baxter or Collin Baxter .

Since 2013, Baxter has been releasing music again.

At the end of 2015, Caught in the Act released a new single. In addition to Baxter, de Jong and Ragas also took part in the comeback . In 2016 he confessed in the ZDF show Volle Kanne that he loves a man.

Together with Touché band member Martin Scholz , Baxter founded the duo 90twoDegrees in 2020. On June 19, 2020, the first joint single Feel it Again was released .
