Lee Sun-young (born April 20, 1984 ) is a South Korean marathon runner .
With a sixth place in the Seoul International Marathon 2008 in 2:32:17 h, she qualified for the Olympic Games in Beijing , where she came 56th in the marathon. She won the JoongAng Seoul Marathon that year in 2:29:58.
Second in the Seoul International Marathon 2009, she improved that mark to 2:27:48. In autumn, a time of 2:34:22 was enough for her to win the JoongAng Seoul Marathon again.
