Career
Started as a defender at his hometown club Hartlepool United , he left it in 1990 without a transfer fee for Stockport County , where he played 226 league games in seven years and scored two goals. The only big club of his career was Southampton FC , where he played between 1997 and 1998. In the Premier League , he delivered ten games and disappeared after 1998 in amateur football. He has been under contract with Stalybridge Celtic since 2003 .
