Leigh and Lynette Harris

The twin sisters Leigh and Lynette Harris (* 1954 in Milwaukee , Wisconsin ) are former American models and actresses . They became known as models in Playboy in the early 1980s .

Life

The two identical twins became known when they both posed naked in US Playboy 3-81. The pictures were printed in the German-language edition in December 1981.

The two played the main roles in the film Sorceress - The Powers of Light by Jack Hill in 1982 and a supporting role in the film I, the Judge by Richard T. Heffron .

In 1990 they made headlines again, as the two brought David Kritzik for more than one million US dollars, which he is said to have given them in exchange for companionship and sex. In the opinion of the prosecutor, both were guilty of tax evasion . Lynette Harris was sentenced to ten months in prison and a fine, while Leigh Ann Conley, as the other sister was named after marriage, was sentenced to five months. The conviction was overturned in 1991 by the appeals court. Three weeks later, the two sisters appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show and reported on their case.

Their last appearance was in 1996 in the British television series Heartbeat .
