Len Carter

Len Carter (born November 21, 1942 ) is a retired British sprinter .

At the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth in 1962 , he was eliminated over 100 yards and 220 yards in the quarterfinals and won the English 4-by-110-yard relay.
