Lena Farugia
Lena Farugia (born June 1, 1951 in New York City , † January 18, 2019 in South Africa ) was an American actress .
She grew up in New York and studied at Thomas Moore College, Fordham and Columbia University.
She started her professional career in New York, then married a South African filmmaker and moved to South Africa. There she made a career as an actress, screenwriter, director and producer on several film and TV projects. She became known for her role as Dr. Ann Taylor in The Gods Must Be Crazy II starring Jamie Uys as the lead female role.
Lena Farugia died on January 18, 2019 in South Africa.
