Lenford O'Garro
Lenford Leno O'Garro (born June 1, 1965 ) is a former Vincentian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
He took part in the world championships in 1983 and 1987 in Rome and in the world indoor championships in 1987 in Indianapolis , but was eliminated over 400 meters after the heats.
At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, O'Garro was a member of the Vincentian 4-by-400-meter relay . In her preliminary run, she finished seventh with a time of 3: 10.21 minutes and thus missed the finals.
