The Lenzbach is a 2.1 kilometer long right tributary of the Krameterbach in Styria .

The Lenzbach arises in the northern part of the municipality of Kainach near Voitsberg , in the east of the cadastral municipality of Gallmannsegg , northeast of the village of Gallmannsegg and east of the village of Hadergasse , on the southwest slope of the Lukaskogel , southeast of the inn Heiligen Wasser and the subsidiary church St. Radegund on the holy water and to the west the Lukasbauer and Hl. Wasser-Grießer farms. In the upper reaches it flows in a flat right-hand bend and in the lower course in a flat left-hand bend towards the southwest. East of Gallmannsegg, directly east of Gallmannsegg to Geistthal , it flows into the Krameterbach , which then continues straight on. On its course the Lenzbach takes on several small and unnamed watercourses.
