Leo Prijs
Leo Prijs (born June 27, 1920 in Breslau ; died 1988 ) was a German Judaist .
Leo Prijs fled to Switzerland with his parents in 1933. From 1953 he lived in the USA, from 1955 in Israel, where he taught at the University of Bar-Ilan , from 1960 in the Federal Republic of Germany. From 1964 he was a private lecturer for Jewish studies at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , from 1970 an adjunct professor and from 1978 to 1985 full professor . From 1987 he lived in London .
