Leo dust

Leo Staub (born March 23, 1957 ) is a Swiss legal scholar . He is professor of private and commercial law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a lawyer . He is entitled to reside in Gossau SG and Oberbüren SG .

Life

After completing his law degree with a degree in law from the University of Zurich , Staub initially worked as the deputy judge at the Rorschach District Court . He received his doctorate from his alma mater in 1985 and obtained a post-graduate degree in corporate management from the University of St. Gallen. In 1986 he settled down as a lawyer and worked in his own law firm until 2008. Staub is Director Law & Management at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St. Gallen. Staub is a member of the board of directors of various companies and chairman of the board of directors of Selectchemie AG, the administration of the Migros Ostschweiz cooperative and the board of directors of CRS Holding AG.
