Leone Mancini

Leone Mancini (* 1921 ; † December 8, 2008 in Rome ) was an Italian radio director and author.

During his career Mancini worked for cabaret (1967/1968 he was involved in the puff in Trastevere and worked there with Enrico Montesano , among others ), directed the theater (for example with Vangelo duemila ) and made the movie Ci sono anch'io! , which suffered from the cinema crisis at the time and only made it to movie theaters to a very limited extent. However, he found his main job in the radio, for which he worked from the beginning of the 1960s to the end of the 1990s and u. a. edited his play Centominuti from 1966 as a radio play, as he worked with numerous big names in the theater in this medium. In addition, programs such as A modo mio , Sereno variabile , Tanto piacere , C'era una volta , Senta tanti complimenti , Domenica In and the children's format Big with Pippo Franco were created .
