Leopold Krottendorfer

Leopold Krottendorfer (born October 25, 1913 in Röschitz , † April 15, 1987 in Horn ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. Krottendorfer was a member of the Austrian National Council from 1962 to 1970 .

Life

After primary school, Krottendorfer attended a secondary school and continued his training at the vocational school. He worked as a farmer, taking over his parents' farm in Röschitz in 1934. In the political field, Krottendorfer was involved at the local political level as Mayor of Röschitz. On November 13, 1939, according to the local group index, he applied for membership in the NSDAP , which took place on January 1, 1940. He was also active in the Chamber of Agriculture and held the position of District Chamber of Agriculture Chairman of Eggenburg. He was also active within the party as the main district party leader of the ÖVP in the Horn district and represented the Austrian People's Party between December 14, 1962 and March 31, 1970 in the National Council.
