Leopold Till (born December 8, 1830 in Vienna ; † July 10, 1893 there ) was an Austrian history and genre painter.

Born as the son of the painter Johann Till the Elder (1800-1889), brother of the painter Johann Till the Younger (1827-1894), Leopold Till first learned the painting trade from his father, continued his training 1844-1847 and 1849-1858 at the Vienna Art Academy continued with Joseph von Führich , 1852–1858 he attended Leopold Kupelwieser's master class .

In 1852 he showed his first work "Emperor Rudolph von Habsburg in the Battle of Murten (1283) in mortal danger" at the Austrian Art Association. A few years later, Till devoted himself to depicting children at play.
