The Leslie Gap (English; Bulgarian седловина Лесли sedlowina Lesli ) is a crescent-shaped, 300 m high and in north-south orientation 2.7 km long saddle between Leslie Hill and Vidin Heights on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It lies 5.93 km north to east of Hemus Peak and 6 km north-northwest of the highest point of the Melnik Ridge and separates the catchment area of the Kaliakra glacier from that of the Saedinenie snowfield
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 1997 based on the name of Leslie Hill. Its namesake is David Leslie, captain of the brig Gleaner from New Bedford , Massachusetts , who hunted seals in the waters around the South Shetland Islands between 1820 and 1821.
