The Saedinenie snow field ( Bulgarian ледник Съединение lednik Saedinenie ) is a 16 km long and 5 km wide snow field in a southwest-northeast orientation on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is bounded by Teres Ridge in the west, the watershed between Drake and Bransfield Straits in the south, Gleaner Heights , Elhovo Gap and Leslie Hill in the southeast and Leslie Gap and Vidin Heights in the east. It flows into Hero Bay between Melta Point and Slab Point .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2005 after the town of Saedinenie in southern central Bulgaria .
