The Vasilev Bay (English; Bulgarian Василев залив Wassilew saliw ) is a 9.6 km wide and 3.8 m long side bay of Hero Bay on the north coast of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located between Siddons Point and Bezmer Point .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after Nikola Wasilew (* 1949), a physicist at the St. Kliment Ohridski Station from 1993 to 1994.
