Leslie Howa is a former American biathlete who achieved successes particularly in the bow biathlete variant .

Leslie Howa was one of the pioneers in the international archery biathlon and started in 1998 at the first ever World Championships in Cogne . There she won the relay bronze medal as the final runner alongside Kim Bartholomew and Denise Parker behind the representations from Italy and France. In 1999 she was part of the US squad for the World Championships in Bessans alongside Stacy Jaquith , Sue Crouch and Lisa Vsetecka . In cross-country skiing, she won the biathlon sprint title at the 1995 Utah Winter Games .
