The last chance ridge is a 1,800 m high ridge in the Bowers Mountains in East Antarctica Victoria Land . It rises west of the Gateway Hills and north of the Hunter Glacier in the Lanterman Range .
Scientists from the German expedition GANOVEX III (1982–1983) made his name.
