Lewiston ( Scottish Gaelic Blàr na Maigh ) is a small village in the county of Inverness-shire , about 25 km southwest of Inverness , in the Scottish Council Area Highland ( Scottish Highlands ), not far from the shores of Loch Ness .
It borders the place Drumnadrochit in the north . In the immediate vicinity is Urquhart Castle .
