Li Shixin ( Chinese  李世鑫 , Pinyin Lǐ Shìxīn ; born February 12, 1988 in Maoming ) is an Australian - Chinese water diver . He starts in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and in 3-meter synchronized jumping.

In 2006, Li Shixin won a competition at the FINA Diving Grand Prix for the first time . However, he was unable to qualify for the season highlights within the Chinese team in the following years. He celebrated his greatest success at the 2011 home world championships in Shanghai , where he won the gold medal from the 1-meter board in front of his training partner He Min , with whom he also competes in synchronized competitions, and Pavlo Rozenberg .

Li Shixin is a member of the Navy of the People's Republic of China .

After ending his career as a diver, he returned in 2019 and has been racing for Australia ever since.
