Pavlo Rozenberg , called Pawel (born July 22, 1983 in Vinnytsia , Ukrainian SSR , Soviet Union ) is a German tower and water diver at the Riesa eV sports club

Rozenberg is the only child of the married couple Boris Rozenberg and Nelja Fedortschuk. From 1990 to 2001 he attended secondary school in Vinnytsia, from which he graduated from high school.

He got into tower and water diving through his father. His father took over as national coach of the Spanish diving team in Madrid in 2001. On October 1st, 2003, Boris Rozenberg became a trainer at the federal diving base in Aachen. Pawel Rozenberg followed his father and has had the right to start at SV Neptun Aachen 1910 since 2004 . Since October 2010 Rozenberg has been jumping for the Riesa eV sports club.

In 2004 and 2005 he took part in the German indoor and summer championships. From the 1-meter board, he won the German championship title in both years. He won bronze from the 3-meter board in 2004 and 2005. At the 2005 Summer Championships, he won silver. At the indoor championships in 2004, he and Patrick Pollok came third in the 3-meter synchronized jumping.

Internationally, Pawel Rozenberg was not allowed to compete for Germany until December 2007 because he did not have German citizenship. In March 2006 he took part in the 12th FINA Diving Grand Prix in Madrid out of competition and was the best participant in the DSV team. Pawel Rozenberg has been a German citizen since December 2007.

In his first international appearance as a jumper for the German Swimming Association (DSV), Rozenberg won 2nd place at the FINA Grand Prix in Madrid in January 2008 from the 3-meter board. Pavlo Rozenberg won at the German Indoor Championships on February 1, 2008 in Rostock Three-meter board took first place and was able to win his first German championship title in this discipline.

In June 2008 Pavlo Rozenberg took first place on the 3-meter board in synchronized jumping together with his club colleague Sascha Klein . From the 3-meter board, he also secured the championship title with 508.65 points. In doing so, he also achieved a German record. He started at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and achieved sixth place with Klein in the 3-meter synchronized jumping.

He won his first international medal at the 2009 European Championships in Turin . He won the bronze medal in jumping from the 1-meter board. His greatest success to date was at the 2011 World Cup in Shanghai . He again won bronze from the 1-meter board.

Rozenberg has been married since June 2008.
