Li Yingfa (born November 13, 1944 ) is a Chinese football coach and official.
Between January 1984 and December 1992 he was in charge of the Shenyang- based Liaoning Whowin FC and led the club through its strongest phase. You could win seven national championship titles and twice the national cup . In addition, the team under Li in 1986 reached third place in the Asian Club Championship - the most important club soccer competition on the continent and forerunner of the AFC Champions League . In the 1989/1990 hosting, Liaoning Whowin FC remained unbeaten in all eight games and was crowned the best team in Asia in front of a home crowd on April 29, 1990, after the final second leg against Yokohama F. Marinos from Japan . Until then, no other Chinese club had succeeded in doing this. In 1990/1991 the defending champion reached the final again, but lost on July 29, 1991 in the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka with 1: 2 against the Iranian opponent Esteghlal Tehran FC .
In the 1990s, Li had brief coaching engagements with Guangzhou R&F FC and Qingdao Jonoon FC . On August 12, 2013, he returned to his old place of work when he became assistant coach of Qingdao Jonoon FC under Chang Woe-ryong . After a game and the dismissal of the South Korean a week later, he took over the team on August 20 as interim coach. When the new coach Goran Stevanović was committed on September 5, Li moved to the club's supervisory board.
