The building Liebherrstraße 8 in the district Lehel in Munich was built around the 1904th The house is a protected monument .

history

The building in the style of the German Renaissance was built by the architect Adolf Wentzel for the building contractor August Spies. The picturesque property with a strongly structured front has largely been preserved in its original form. The bay windows are richly decorated with plastic. On the left facade, between two windows, there is a sculpture of the Madonna and Child , framed by two pilasters . The portal is also richly designed.
