The Liechtenstein University Sports Federation (LHSV) ( English University Sports Federation of Liechtenstein ) is a representation of university sport in Liechtenstein . The association consists of representatives from all academic institutions in the Principality of Liechtenstein. It was founded in 2011.
Goal / vision
The Liechtenstein University Sports Association has set itself the goal of promoting the importance of sport at universities and is organizing a sports program for students in Liechtenstein and Liechtenstein students as well as university graduates . The vision of the association and its members is to enable students with a connection to the Principality of Liechtenstein to have access to sport outside of learning, while strengthening team spirit and personal development as well as actively supporting the further development of sport in the country. The LHSV is committed to ensuring that the prerequisites for exercising sport during the studies are created and that rights for students are met.
tasks
The association is responsible for sending students to international sporting events in the student sector. These include Universiades and other international competitions. The posting takes place in cooperation with the national professional associations as well as in cooperation with the Swiss University Sports Association (SHSV).
Memberships
The Liechtenstein University Sports Association is a member of the International University Sports Association (FISU) and the European Continental Association (EUSA) and represents Liechtenstein in various committees.

The association consists of representatives from all academic institutions in the Principality of Liechtenstein. Member institutions are the Private University in the Principality of Liechtenstein (UFL), the University of Liechtenstein , the Liechtenstein Institute and the International Academy of Philosophy (IAP).
Board
The board of the LHSV is the operative body of the association and is elected by the delegates' assembly, the highest body of the Liechtenstein University Sports Association.
