Songs of Life was the former record label of the evangelical mission work Janz Team .

The label was founded as a branch of the Janz team's missionary work. Hildor Janz in particular soon became known for his warm tenor voice in German-speaking Christian circles all over the world, including countries in South America, so that music production developed into one of the most important and economic areas of work for the Missionswerk for several decades and had a formative influence on the German Christian music scene.
