Liethe (Wunstorf)

Liethe is a former village in what is now the Hanover region , which was incorporated into the village of Blumenau in 1928 and is now a district of Wunstorf . Liethe is just a few minutes' walk northeast of Blumenau, at the end of the gently sloping Leinechaussee along the Aue .

The small town of Liethe was built near a barrow from the late Bronze Age : This elevation, called Galgenberg , is located northwest of the Liethe estate, first mentioned in 1447 .
