Linghe

The municipality of Linghe ( Chinese  凌河 区 , Pinyin Línghé Qū ) is a municipality in the prefecture -level city of Jinzhou in the southwest of Liaoning Province in the People's Republic of China . It has an area of ​​30 km² and has a population of 380,400 (2010).
