The canton of Noisiel was a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Torcy , in the department of Seine-et-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France until 2015 . Its main town was Noisiel . The last representative in the General Council of the Département was Vincent Eblé ( PS ) from 1997 to 2015 .
