The canton of Meaux-Nord was by 2015 a French constituency in the district Meaux , in Seine-et-Marne and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Meaux . Olivier Morin ( UMP ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Department from 2004 to 2015 .
