The canton of Lagny-sur-Marne is a French canton in the arrondissement of Torcy , in the department of Seine-et-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Lagny-sur-Marne . Sinclair Vouriot ( CNIP ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2011 .
