The canton of Champs-sur-Marne is a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Torcy , in the department of Seine-et-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France . Its main town is Champs-sur-Marne . Maud Tallet ( PCF ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 1994 .
