The Canton of Savigny-le-Temple is a French constituency in Arrondissement of Melun in Seine-et-Marne and the region Ile-de-France ; its capital is Savigny-le-Temple . Jean-Louis Mouton ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 1988 to 2015 . Cathy Bissonnier and Franck Vernin have been representatives on the General Council since 2015.
