geography
The city lies on the Seine and is 27 kilometers from Paris and six kilometers from Melun .
It is made up of the quarters Le vieux Bourg, Les Cités-Unies, Droits de l'Homme, Boileau-Appolinaire, Pierre Mendès France, Center-Ville, Arcades, Tramontane and Plessis la Forêt.
