Pamfou is a French commune of 942 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Provins and the Canton of Nangis . The inhabitants are called Pamfoliens .

Pamfou is about 58 kilometers southeast of Paris . Pamfou is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Écrennes in the north, Valence-en-Brie in the south and east, Machault in the south and west and Le Châtelet-en-Brie in the north-west.
