Boissise-la-Bertrand is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cesson in the north, Vert-Saint-Denis in the north-east, Le Mée-sur-Seine in the east, Boissettes in the east and south-east, Dammarie-les-Lys in the south and south-east, Boissise-le -Roi in the south and west and Seine port in the west and northwest.
