The canton of Claye-Souilly is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Meaux , in the department of Seine-et-Marne and in the region of Île-de-France ; its main town is Claye-Souilly . Michèle Pélabrè ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2001 .
