Le Pin is a French commune with 1,467 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Meaux and the Canton of Villeparisis (until March 2015: Canton Claye-Souilly ). The inhabitants are called Pinois .

geography

Le Pin is about 30 kilometers east of Paris. Le Pin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villeparisis in the north and north-west, Claye-Souilly in the north-east, Villevaudé in the east, Brou-sur-Chantereine in the south, Chelles in the south-west and Courtry in the west.

The A104 autoroute runs through the municipality .
