Othis is on the border with the Oise department . Neighboring municipalities of Othis are Ver-sur-Launette in the north, Ève in the northeast and east, Dammartin-en-Goële in the southeast and south, Longperrier in the south, Moussy-le-Vieux in the southwest, Moussy-le-Neuf in the west as well Mortefontaine in the northwest.

The municipality consists of the main town of Beaumarchais , Guincourt , Beaupré , La Jalaise , Les Huants .
