Ocquerre is a French municipality with 429 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the arrondissement of Meaux and the canton of La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (until 2015: canton Lizy-sur-Ourcq ). The inhabitants are called Ocquerrois .

geography

Ocquerre is located about 14 kilometers northeast of Meaux am Ourcq , which borders the municipality to the west. Ocquerre is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Crouy-sur-Ourcq in the north, Vendrest in the east, Cocherel in the south-east, Tancrou in the south, Mary-sur-Marne in the south-west, Lizy-sur-Ourcq in the west and May-en-Multien in the north-west.
