Trocy-en-Multien is a French municipality in the Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Seine-et-Marne department , the Meaux arrondissement and the La Ferté-sous-Jouarre canton (until 2015 the Lizy-sur-Ourcq canton ). It borders on Vincy-Manœuvre to the north, Le Plessis-Placy to the east, Congis-sur-Thérouanne to the south and Étrépilly to the west .
