Alex Diego Tejado (born July 1, 1985 in Mexico City ) is a retired Mexican soccer player who mainly played in midfield .

career

Diego began his professional career with his "hometown club" UNAM Pumas , but came to the Jaguares de Chiapas for his first appearance in the Primera División during his loan from the Clausura in 2006 . On the first day of this half-season , Diego was substituted on January 21, 2006, a good quarter of an hour before the end, in the encounter with the long-time record champions Chivas Guadalajara , which the Jaguares decided 3-1 in their favor.

The following Apertura 2006 spent Diego again at the UNAM Pumas and completed in the same season also assignments for the farm team Pumas Morelos playing in the second division . His first appearance for the UNAM Pumas in the top division he completed on August 19, 2006, of all things, in a 1-0 away win against his previous club Jaguares de Chiapas. Also in the Clausura 2009 he played mainly for the Pumas Morelos (nine missions, one goal) and only played one game in the Primera División for the mother club, but was at least actively involved in winning the championship this half season.

From 2010 to 2012 Diego worked for the CF Atlante and he spent the 2012/13 season with the Lobos de la BUAP . He then worked for the CF Atlante and then the Delfines del Carmen again for half a year before ending his career with the Alebrijes de Oaxaca , for which he worked in the 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons .
