Boissy-la-Châtel is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Germain-sous-Doue in the north, Saint-Denis-lès-Rebais in the north-east, Chauffry in the east, Chailly-en-Brie in the south, Coulommiers in the west and Aulnoy in the north-west.
