Saint-Germain-sur-Morin is a French municipality with 3664 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-et-Marne in the region Ile-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Meaux and the Canton of Serris . The inhabitants are called Saint-Germinois (es) .
geography
The river Grand Morin runs through Saint-Germain-sur-Morin, which is about 35 kilometers east of Paris . Saint-Germain-sur-Morin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Couilly-Pont-aux-Dames in the north and north-east, Villiers-sur-Morin and Coutevroult in the east and south-east, Magny-le-Hongre in the south and south-west and Montry in the west.
